Walgreens & Express Scripts Dilemma
This post brought to you by Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine. I use Walgreens for our family prescriptions so I immediately noticed the offer to share this information with my readers so I started reading up on the problems between Walgreens and Express Scripts, and I’m amazed. Background In Case You Are Clueless Like I Was Over the last year, Walgreens and Express Scripts have been under negotiations to renew their contract permitting Walgreens to be an approved pharmacy for those with insurance through Express Scripts. As of December 31, there was no contract, and the previous contract had expired leaving many (including military families) without the ability to use Walgreens as they may have for a long time for their family’s prescriptions. The new plan will require Express Scripts customers to … Read entire article »

A New Cell Phone – the LG DoublePlay for TMobile Customers
This post brought to you by LG DoublePlay™. All opinions are 100% mine. I am admittedly a cell phone junkie. Every time I get a new phone, whether I love it or not, I’m ready to try out the newest one within six months. I absolutely still love the phone I’m using now (bought in August), but I do miss my keyboard. I love touch screens, but I’m not big on only having a touch screen. I send over 1,000 texts a month, and I just like the full qwerty keyboard, which the new LG DoublePlay™ has. I miss that feature. The LG DoublePlay also has TWO touch screens allowing you to multitask while on your phone. That is the first I’ve heard of a phone with that feature (and I’m intrigued). … Read entire article »

The Voyages of Young Doctor Dolittle
We recently received The Voyages of Young Doctor Dolittle produced by Phase 4 Films to review. I have to admit that I wasn’t overly excited when it first arrived. I’m not sure why, but I instantly thought of those “offbrand” fairy tale movies that after you’ve seen a Disney one, it just can’t keep your attention. My 4 year old niece was staying with us when it arrived though, and she had the opposite reaction. … Read entire article »

One of My Friends is Moving……Far Away!
One of my friends is moving…….across the world. I’m not happy. I’m happy for her and the opportunities this is going to bring her, but I’m going to miss my friend. When we visited this weekend, she was looking at car shipping options. I have never thought about that before, but of course she doesn’t want to buy a new car when she moves so somehow she has to get her car across the Pacific Ocean. She’s actually found a company that will move her car and her belongings. That’s pretty cool I guess. I have never really thought of moving overseas – traveling, yes (in fact looking forward to traveling to see her), but not moving. I can’t believe all the work that is involved in such a … Read entire article »
