Coming Tues: Gossip Girl Season 3

I was lucky enough to receive the Gossip Girl Season 3 DVD set before it becomes available Tuesday, and I enjoyed watching it so much.  I took it with me this weekend as we made the trip back and forth to Corpus Christi (6 hours each way) and watched most of it during the trip to pass the time of the long hours on the road.

After three seasons of Gossip Girl, the question still is, Who is Gossip Girl?

It seems after every couple episodes, I change my mind. This has led me think that it’s probably not one of the main characters.  I think it is probably someone we only see every now and then – someone only on the outskirts of the show.  I just can’t figure out who.  Maybe it’s someone we haven’t even met yet.  In reality, I don’t think we’ll know until this show ends.  This would be a great reveal for the last episode of the last season – and I don’t think that last season is going to be approaching anytime soon.

The Season 3 DVD set includes 5 dvds that have all 22 shows from Season 3 and some awesome bonus features including music videos by Lady Gaga and Plastiscines, a Gag Reel (my favorite of the bonus featues), Unaired Scenes (that didn’t help me come any closer to deciding who Gossip Girl is), and a guide to throwing a party “Gossip Girl Style”.

If this is a show you haven’t watched before, I’d recommend checking it out. I’ve been able to watch most (but missed some) episodes during the first three seasons, but after getting to take the weekend to enjoy the Season 3 dvd set and get completely caught up, I can guarantee you, I’ll be sure to set the DVR to record Season 4 so that if I miss one, I can still watch it.
