Le Boot Camp

A very popular thought and so topic around here is my weight and health. I’m always wanting to find a way to be healthier (and in turn hope to lose a few pounds).  One interesting service that I am anxious to try out is LeBootCamp. While this program has been super popular in Europe, it is only just now taking hold in the United States.

What is LeBootCamp?

LeBootCamp is a program about healthy lifestyle adjustments that do not demand members restrict their diet or count points/calories. This already sounds good to me. I have never been good at only eating a certain thing or counting points or calories.
It puts a team of personal trainers, nutritionists, medical researchers and motivational life coaches at your fingertips with meal plans, fitness routines and customized support all in one.

The program includes daily emails with a motivational video from Valerie, recipes, tips and more to help members take important baby steps toward their weight loss goal. LeBootCamp addresses each member’s personal needs, anytime, anywhere. They can log on via computer, even BlackBerry, to get instant advice on how to curb a craving, what to eat at the airport, etc., all for only $15 per month!!

I also like the idea of daily emails as that would help me stay focused. Maybe most impressive is that LeBootCamp has had a a 92% success rate and an average of 26 lbs lost and never regained.

I have been offered the chance to review LeBootCamp for one month and then share my thoughts with you.  I look forward to this opportunity. Be watching for a review soon!

We are a Disney family taking trips to Walt Disney World or cruising with Disney almost every year.
