Giveaway to Promote Movement!

May was Arthritis Month, but in reality this is something we should be aware of all year long. The Arthritis Foundation and the Ad Council’s are launching a new campaign to create public awareness of easy and fun steps everyone can take to prevent and decrease the pain and disability of osteoarthritis.  Osteoarthritis dates back to the Ice Age and now some 27 million Americans live with it. But even after all those years, there is no cure and no definitive cause has been discovered. But you can make moves to make the pain and uncomfortableness more manageable. How? MOVE! Yes.  That’s the main objective of the new campaign. You’ve probably seen one of the commercials. This is my favorite:
