Southern Girl Reviews would like to provide you with a multitude of services. Currently we offer advertising spots, product reviews, and giveaways. If you can think of something else we can do for your product or service, feel free to contact us, and we’ll see what we can do.
Advertising
Southern Girl Reviews is now offering advertisement opportunties through independent sales. All ad spaces are for 125 x 125 pixel logo buttons. Ads will be placed in upper right corner. Room will be made for up to 4 ads at a time. All ads must be approved by Southern Girl Reviews for content appropriateness. All payments must be made via PayPal.
Rates are as follows:
- 1 week – $5.00
- 2 weeks – $8.00
- 1 month – $15.00
- 1 Year – $120.00

Product Reviews
We are an active family with many interests. We find very few products that are not of interest to one of us, and we’d be honored to tell our readers about your product or service. We prefer to give our readers our true opinions and thus would need the opportunity to experience your product and/or service; however, we also do post press releases from time to time. Below you will see some of our review policies:
- Products for review must be sent to us, and they will not be returned.
- We will provide a thorough review of at least 200 words including links to your site (if applicable).
- At least one picture of your product will be included in the review – more if available.
- Along with the review, we will link to an online vendor of your product. This will frequently be through our Amazon Affiliate link if possible.
- If you have a 125 x 125 pixel advertisement button, we will run it for one week after posting your review.
- In addition to completing your review, we will forward you a list of other blogs that may be interested in promoting your product (if requested).
If you would like to for us to complete a review for you, please contact us. We find that we can get the word out about your product to a larger audience if it is coupled with a giveaway (see below for more details). And if you’d like the absolute maximum efforts by our team, consider donating an item to Blogger’s Give. (details at the bottom of this page)
Giveaways
Southern Girl Reviews likes to do more than simply tell our readers about products. We like to encourage them to try them out and tell their friends about them. We do believe that word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. If you’d be willing to offer your product to our readers through a blog giveaway, we’d be honored to host it for you. Below you will find some basic details about Southern Girl Reviews Giveaways:
Our Obligations
- All giveaways will run for a minimum of one week. At your request, we will frequently be willing to run it longer.
- If you have a 125 x 125 pixel advertisement button, we will run it for two weeks after posting your review in the upper half of our sidebar.
- We will provide at least a 100 word description of your product and one image.
- We will require all contest entrants to go to a website of your choice for entering the contest.
- Contests will be open to all US residents. If you would like to open the contest to a wider audience, please inform of us.
- Contest will be submitted to multiple contest listing sites to increase entries (and thus hits to your site).
Your Obligations
- Providing complete description of prize for contest post is the responsibility of your company.
- Shipping of winning item is the responsibility of your company, not Southern Girl Reviews or the winner. At the end of a contest, we will send you the winner’s shipping information, and you are responsible for shipping directly to them. Please DO NOT send contest prizes to Southern Girl Reviews. We will send you the winner’s information!
- Prizes should be sent to winner within one month unless arrangements are made prior to the contest with other details.
Gift Certificates
- If you would rather offer a gift certificate (mailed or e-code) we do ask that it be an amount that will cover the entire purchase including shipping of at least one item available on your website.
Combining The Giveaway with a Review
Would you like to increase the exposure and efforts of our team? A product sample is not required for giveaways, but is always welcomed. This will allow us to provide a more comprehensive review of your product/service. In exchange for offering a product for review and for a giveaway, you will receive the following:
- If you have a 125 x 125 pixel advertisement button, we will run it for three weeks after posting your review in the upper half of our sidebar.
- We will provide at least a 300 word review of your product/service.
- An extra entry will be given for linking back to the website of your choice.
- Contest will be submitted to a larger number of contest listing sites – generating more traffic for you.
- In addition to completing your review/giveaway, we will forward you a list of other blogs that may be interested in promoting your product (if requested).
