Shopping Wisely

How has this economic turn impacted your shopping? I have attempted to go back to clipping coupons (though they’ve stopped carrying EVERY major Texas newspaper in my town!) and will start adding Kroger grocery shopping to my list as they double and triple coupons and you get .10 a gallon off your gas every time you spend $100 in groceries (hey! I do that every time I walk in the dang grocery store).

I watched a special last night on communities joining together and buying wholesale products and dividing them amongst the friends to get good deals. I’ve been trying to decide if renewing my SAM’S membership would be worth it.

I’ve also started watching sales a lot more closely and taking advantage – groceries, clothes, hygiene, gifts, all around the shopping list.
