In brief due to the loss of a family member
Yesterday I decided to start the week with major force. I walked 3 miles with the Leslie Sansone: Walk at Home: Walk Your Belly Flat (2009) dvd. It was a major workout (that I’m still feeling today). This was the first Leslie Sansone dvd I’ve had with a countdown clock and that was really neat. It was a great motivator when you wanted to quit to be able to think “only x more minutes. I can do this.”
It was a “rest day” for the 20 Second Fitness Routine
For breakfast, I had a bowl of Special K. For lunch, a grilled cheeseburger. I was at the hospital at dinner time and skipped it all together.
