Swimsuit season is just around the corner and it seems everyone is looking for a way to achieve some quick weight loss. The current method at my house – jumping on the trampoline. We haven’t been on scales to see the results, but we know we ache after an hour of jumping…and if you hurt, you must be accomplishing something right?
Also in our house, we are uping our water intaking. Can’t wait for summer!!
