Shopping Weekend

We haven’t really been shopping since before Christmas.  Between spending too much (don’t we all) and then our family emergency, there just hasn’t been time. We get out early today and have Monday off though so with the long weekend, it’s time to stock up again. Cameron also received some gift cards for Christmas that she’s dying to spend – including stocking up on some Cubic Zirconia jewelry and fun leggings.  We’re starting today by going to get myself a passport and will pick up a few things while we’re out.  Then we’ll probably do a good bit of our necessities shopping – groceries, shampoo, toothpaste, laundry detergent, etc Tomorrow we’re going to see a local orchestra play Disney songs!  I can’t wait!  This is when we’ll let Cameron do her fun … Read entire article »

Family Game Night – September 23

Hasbro is challenging families to turn off the television on Wednesday, gather family and friends, and play games. Whether it be old classics like Monopoly or new games like Monopoly City or Connect 4×4, your family and friends will enjoy spending time together, and you’ll be surprised how much fun and laughter is involved when you get a group together to play games.
