This summer I banned our local ice cream/hamburger shop.  It’s a national chain and I won’t say any names, but I grew up eating there once a week with my grandfather. It’s always been a favorite, but lately it seems like every time we go, their prices have increased.  The last time I went, I was home alone and feeling lazy so I called them up and ordered a chicken strip basket (a regular 4 piece with no drink or ice cream).  I drove to town, pulled through the drive thru and was almost in complete shock when the teenager wanted EIGHT BUCKS!  ok…so their food is good, but IT’S NOT THAT GOOD!
