Contest: Wizards of Waverly Place Soundtrack

Wizard1I was recently sent a copy of the new CD, Wizards of Waverly Place Soundtrack, and I have to admit that I was as anxious as Cameron was I think for it to arrive.  I have loved hearing Selena Gomez sing Magic on the Disney Channel.  The day the CD arrived, Cameron ran off to her room with it and put it in her DVD player and sang and danced (and had it turned up loud enough that I also listened in the living room at the same time).  The next time we got in the car, it was put in the CD changer in the car, and it hasn’t left since. We have 3 CD’s in there right now – Wizards, Hannah Montana, and Taylor Swift.

My dad rode with us to go have Cameron’s birthday pictures taken Monday and he was even impressed as most of the songs are actually remakes of older songs.  Another neat feature – almost all of them have “magic” in the title, and they are all about magic.

  8. Magic (originally recorded by Olivia Newton John) by Meaghan Martin
  9. You Can Do Magic by Andrew Seely
  10. Some Call It Magic by Raven Symone
  11. Do You Believe in Magic by Aly and AJ (another fav of mine)
  12. Everything Is Not As It Seems by Selena Gomez

That’s it!  Did you know there were so many songs with the word “magic” in them.  I didn’t.

I told Cameron since she claimed the CD, she had to hep me write this review.  Her response – tell them it is “awesome.”
